A family business has one reputation and it lives in one county. If a visit booked through this site fell short, tell us directly and give us the chance to make it right.

Write to [email protected] with the subject line Complaint, and include your name, the date of the visit, and what happened. Complaints are read by the owners of this site and answered within two business days.

If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Kansas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, and the Better Business Bureau serving the Kansas City metro. Filing a complaint with them costs nothing, and you do not need our permission or our help to do it.
